This kitchen extension was started in september 2025 It was finished in 7 weeks.
Weve been that busy we only posted the start of the job !!
The customer had multiple quotes some varied from £60k
We supplied the following
Complete build
1x French doors
1 x double glazed window
1 x roof light
Plastered shell finish
1 x radiator
Electrics
All signed off through the wbc control

Recent job we started. Turned from bad to worse. The footings were 2 meters in depth normally the only reason they go this deep is that theres a main sewer nearby or something else of importance. We Excavated to the required dimensions and found a main public sewer still in use directly on the line we wanted to build. We thought no problem we will go out a little bit extra only to find another mains for the rain water pipe. If we went out any further we would of needed to put in for planning permission. We decided the best option was to pile in between the pipes this meant the job could continue no weight or pressure on the pipes and no added astronomical prices excavating to a depth of 2meters. We dont do problems only solutions !!!!

We have been quiet on our socials as we have been busy creating beautiful family spaces 🤩 our client had a growing family so needed extra space without the up heval of a house move! We built this single story extension and fitted their chosen kitchen on top of a beautifully tiled floor over under floor heating!
