An unlucky customer had drilled into a hidden gas pipe in the wall 🫣.
Full tracpipe replacement from external meter to loft space had to be replaced.
All done and this time installed with protection.
Another happy customer especially now they have hot water and heating again.

Shower cubicle's sealant was white, old and mouldy.
Removed and colour matched sealant to tiles for a spring time spruce up.

Serviced once a year..🙄 supposedly.
Heat exchanger completely blocked,causing boiler to overheat and crack!
New hex in and boiler breathes again!!
