Part of all our Rat eradication programs we carry out thorough inspections externally to establish how they are gaining access into the property ✅✅ and on this particular issue Rats had chewed through a air brick 😳😳

MJR Pest Control provides expert, reliable rat control for domestic and commercial properties and part of all our eradication programs we carry out thorough inspections to locate ingress points ✅ and also provide a extra service in carrying out proofing/preventative maintenance measures ✅

Why Rat Infestations Should Never Be Ignored !

Rats cause extensive damage by chewing through electrical wiring, insulation, pipes, and wood.
They also spread harmful bacteria and diseases, contaminating food areas and living spaces.
Once rats settle in, they breed rapidly — turning a small issue into a full infestation.

Store-bought traps and poisons rarely solve the root of the problem. Professional rat
extermination is the safest and most effective way to remove rats completely and prevent
them from returning.

@ M-J-R Pest Control we are FULLY QUALIFIED with a vast amount of experience in the eradication of Rats !

BIRD SPIKES, EFFECTIVE PIGEON DETERRENT services with over 700+ 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Reviews combined on Google/Facebook ✅✅✅

Recently we installed pigeon spike along the Ridge tiles, chimney and aerial on a home and placed bird free gel around a set of solar panels after we installed a solar panel proofing kit & cleaned the panels to prevent and stop a high level of feral pigeons from night roosting on the property as they were causing a serious public health problems with their fouling on and around the house ✅✅✅

@ M-J-R Pest Control we install quality Bird spikes ✅✅ the spikes which we purchase from Defender Bird Spikes are very discreet from ground level and will certainly STOP 🛑 & deter pigeons from causing public health problems ✅✅✅✅

Why Pigeon Spikes?

Pigeons can be a nuisance, especially when they gather around homes & commercial spaces, leaving droppings that are not only unsightly but can also damage property and pose health risks.

Installing pigeon spikes is one of the most efficient and humane methods to keep birds from landing and nesting in unwanted areas.

Here’s why they work:

Deterrence: The spikes make it uncomfortable for birds to perch without causing them harm✅

Low Maintenance: Once installed, pigeon spikes require little to no maintenance✅

Durability: The spikes are weather-resistant and built to last, ensuring long-term effectiveness✅

The Quality of these spikes which we purchased from Defender Bird Spikes will certainly stop all pigeons from roosting on any landing points and fouling over the edges and causing hazardous droppings on the floor below to prevent trips, slips & falls and also from walking fouling into the shop premises ✅✅

(Grey) SQUIRREL PREVENTATIVE/PROOFING SERVICES with over 700+ 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Reviews combined on Google/Facebook in Pest Management✅✅

As the temperature starts to drop Squirrels will seek warmer places to rest during Autumn and Winter and given the opportunity they will enter homes and properties !
This culprit was entering a home and was causing damage to roof joists with its continuous gnawing and was also causing damage to the loft insulation as it started to make a nest 😳😳

When squirrels decide to use your home, this is when they become more destructive and will start to cause damage to ELECTRICAL WIRES, ROOF JOISTS, WATER PIPES & shred up loft INSULATION 😳 which costs ££££££ to put back safe or replace !

Activity of squirrels is mainly at dusk and dawn 👍🏻

They may look fluffy and cuddly but they are best adored within a woodland !

Fed up with NUISANCE Birds using your property and you just simply want to move them on to pastures new ???

The video attached is what we took of Bird mites that infested several offices within a business premises 😳😳
