RAT FLAP / DRAIN GUARD FITTED ✅

This stainless steel drain/Rat guard was fitted within a manhole chamber to a property with reoccurring Rat problems ✅

On our initial inspection we found No visible entry points or Rat activity at ground level around the perimeter of this detached property.

It is reported that 2/3 of Rat problems within a home/premises originate from a defect within the drainage system. once a Ratflap has been fitted to the outflow pipe within the manhole chamber it immediately STOPS Rats exploring the drainage system pipework, the steel flap opens when waste water needs to flow freely into the sewers but remains closed to prevent Rats getting in ✅
