Recently had the pleasure of working for a lovely lady and her dad in Yeadon. They wanted the old worn out rendered wall refreshed.

We took it all back to brick, repointed areas that needed that little extra tlc, prepped the walls, applied scratch coat layer, applied top layer of render, and then finally a good tidy up.

We’ve been given the privilege to work for an amazing couple renovating their new home.

This isn’t going to be an overnight transformation but will certainly be an amazing one once completed.

1st thing on the renovation list was stripping out the old kitchen and floor.

Sometimes work can really be Bitter Sweet …

Bitter in the respect other companies standards are not necessarily good enough leaving customers unhappy and disappointed.

Sweet in the respect I’m helping a client by rectifying poor workmanship by another company and giving them the joy and satisfaction they had originally hoped for.

And the added bonus I get to do what I love 😀 oh and the weather this week has been amazing for this work.

So this was a removal of poorly applied render and mesh then prep walls and reapply render, beadings and replace PVC window.

So today we helped a family regain their enclosed safe space.

After the crazy winds over the last few days the old fence had blown down leaving the secure garden exposed and an exciting adventure for a small child and their 4 legged friend to go exploring. 🙈

Client wanted whole side replacing with a secure long standing fence and this was the outcome.

Feedback from client was very positive and has scheduled to do rear fence later in year.
