Job went abit further to slabbing the side , for less maintenance, and artificial grass preparation.

Lovely charcoal boarder makes it's stand out from the rest 👌 🙌

Making the best out of it. Customers were fed up with the maintenance of the current drive and flower beds.
All made level, tons and tons removed, and put back, inc anti w**d membrane, scalping amd cotswolds chippings

So we removed all and relaid new maintenance driveway, All IN ONE DAY 😀

Half garage conversion to add a downstairs shower room.
Slightly challenging as mains fuse board and meter being in the way of the new entrance we were going use..
So New fuse board and relocated mains👍🏻
New waste , all fully insulated studwork and ceilings .
New skylight, new electrics and plumbing and fully tiled.👍🏻😀

Part 6: Cowboy builders at it again, this time running kitchen waste pipe into a mains waste without securing or sealing, causing major damp, smells and rats to wander, chewing through waste🤮.

Part 5: lovely retuning customer who wanted easier access to their front door,.
Removed existing including large bushes
Small dwarf wall with coping, a block paving ramp and topped off with some lovely iron railings 😀looks amazing and sets it from the rest.
We also lifted some of the existing drive way slabs to make the ramp less strenuous.

Part 4:
Removing a structural wall safely (3.2m), and fitting a box steel to get it ready for an open plan kitchen, also knocking through a doorway and blocking up another. All done in couple days😀

Part 2
Removing old loft insulation and boards. Replacing with new isover loft insulation, 100mm & 200mm countere part to get the best from it. Very tight space, 20 rolls , achieved in 1 day 😀👊🫡
