Hours: Mon-Thurs 7:30am–4:45pm,
Fri 7:30am-3pm.

About Us

We’re a well-established local plumber’s merchant, supplying trade professionals and DIY enthusiasts with everything from pipes and fittings to heating systems, bathrooms and plumbing tools. We’re proud of our friendly, expert service and being the go-to supplier for tradespeople locally. We’re now looking for a reliable, enthusiastic person to join our team.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers face-to-face and over the phone, helping them find exactly what they need

• Process sales, handle payments and manage counter enquiries efficiently

• Pick, pack and prepare orders for collection or delivery

• Keep stock organised, check deliveries and help maintain accurate inventory

• Share basic product knowledge and guide customers on suitable items

• Keep the trade counter and showroom tidy, safe and well-stocked

What We’re Looking For

✅ Great people skills – you’re happy chatting to trade pros and first-time DIYers alike
✅ Reliable, hardworking and able to stay on top of tasks in busy periods
✅ Good basic maths and IT skills
✅ Happy working in a hands-on, practical environment
✅ Full UK driving licence

Plumbing or merchant experience needed! We’ll give you full training on products, systems and everything you need to know.
