As you can see here before we got to this chimney, there are spalled bricks, dusty mortar joints and damp getting in. So we raked out the joints, weather pointed to form a drip away from the building.
Any spalled bricks have been removed and replaced.
No more access for damp to enter building. 👷🏼‍♂️ 🧱 👍🏼
