Another extension we completed this summer in the lush summer heat 😎☀️☀️
With a front porch.
Big goal post steels on some hefty concrete pad stones.
Marley moderns on the roof with velux windows.
Flat rendered with mesh and OCR.
Internals were dabbed out and skimmed.

Just an update from this years extensions etc. This 1 was jan-April
Start to finish on this 1 including painting,flooring, kitchen and a downstairs toilet and utility.

Some recent works
Removal of out building with some garage/ potting shed alterations. Re using windows and door, and new facia and guttering.
Full re wire and armoured cable installation.
Polymer based render with mesh.
Insulated the ceiling, boarded and plastered
With 2x1 battens and OSB internal walls.
Potting shed good to go 👊👊

A nice dormer extension to gain a en-suite done in March/April

But we got there in the end.

Fully done start to finish by 1 team covering all trades. EPDM rubber roof, herringbone floor, kitchen fitting, plastering, rendering and air conditioning unit.
