Our services include Air Conditioning, Commercial Gas, Electrical Installations and Emergency Lighting, Fire Detection and Fire Fighting Equipment, Legionella and Water Hygiene, Network Cabling, Planned and Reactive Maintenance, Plumbing and Heating, and Refurbishment.

Requirements/Experience:

Good fault finding/diagnostic/repair skills
Experience of carrying out maintenance, installations and servicing
Experience of Fire Alarms, Emergency Light testing and door access equipment (advantageous)
18th Edition qualified (advantageous)
Test and Inspection qualifications (advantageous)
Enhanced DBS (essential)*
Full driving licence (essential)
IPAF and PASMA would be (advantageous)
Asbestos awareness and Safeguarding (advantageous)
First Aid (advantageous).
* Due to customer requirements an Enhanced DBS is essential. If an Enhanced DBS is not currently held we are able to arrange for this for employees.

Salary: £30,000.00-£44,000.00 per year (dependent on experience)
