Emergency Plumbing Heating during Covid19 Coronavirus

South West UK Heating will be providing emergency plumbing services in Weston-super-Mare, Somerset and surrounding areas for locals searching for emergency plumbers. During our visits we will be asking customers to abide by the safety distancing announced by the British Government. Each of our heating engineers and plumbers will be wearing a protective face mask and gloves at all times to protect both customer and heating engineer.

Emergency Plumbing or Heating Problems
The Covid19 advisory issued states that businesses that are deemed essential to public are able to work. An emergency situation that may be faulty boiler, problem with heating, water leak or emergency plumbing required then South West UK Heating engineers will be able to attend. NO FAMILY MEMBER IS SHOWING SYMPTOMS OF Covid19/Coronavirus or has done in the previous 14 days. These are strict guidelines from the Health Minister and British Government. We take all matters seriously for the safety of both customer and our heating engineers.

Plumbing Heating Enquiries
We are open for advice and pre-booking future work and projects. Free Quotations are available by request and we are already booking work for when the lockdown and restrictions on social distancing are lifted. Boilers and Heating, Bathrooms, Showers and Plumbing enquiries are being booked as a first come first served basis for future dates. We suggest booking early as we are expected to be very busy when the UK is through the lockdown period.

Business Continuity Plan – South West UK Heating Ltd Covid19

We would like to re-assure our clients that we have a robust Business Continuity Plan (BCP) in place that will be implemented (IF) the
guidance from the UK Government enforces any temporary shutdowns or business
closures as a result of the COVID-19 Virus (coronavirus).

As a local heating company that fully embraces advanced technology which enables us as plumbers and engineers to operate remotely, if any of our services are temporarily locked down means South West UK Heating will stay open for business for local residents across the region that may need emergency plumbing or heating issues.

Our engineers will be taking every precaution with safety masks, gloves and requesting customers to keep a safe social distance while any work is carried out.

We have also implemented some initial policies in the short-term to mitigate any
potential issues arising from coronavirus.

These include:
* Encouraging our clients and employees to reduce travel and face-to-face
meetings where a virtual meeting is appropriate;
* Implementation of robust staff support and engagement plan.
* Cancelling all work-related travel to affected areas outside of Somerset as advised by the UK Government.
* Ensuring staff wherever possible have remote devices with them in the event of
an office shut down.
* Additional guidance for hygiene precautions.
* Reviewing our BCP against all likely impacts arising specifically from a coronavirus-related closure.
