💖💖💖Tomorrow’s the big day! 💖💖💖

We’re taking on the Walk the Walk Marathon through London during the night, and we couldn’t have done this without YOU.

Thank you to everyone who’s donated. We have exceeded our target and so far have managed £2,752 across 101 donations (137% of our target! 🎉). Our team of 8 is ready for a night shift all in aid of breast cancer. 🙌

⭐ Member Update – Sam Johnson ⭐

Woking, we’ve arrived… and yes, we’ve brought the big toys with us 👀

Sam and the team at P&J Scaffolding have kicked off a new project featuring a shopfront with flats above, climbing up to around 10 metres. Stage one is now complete (no dramas, no delays… just how we like it), and the 2-ton hoist is already putting in a proper shift getting materials where they need to be saving backs and keeping things moving smoothly.

The scaffold will be going up in stages as the build progresses, with the hoist shifting along with it. It’s bit like musical chairs, but with steel and slightly higher stakes 😅 All carried out safely, efficiently, and with the usual attention to detail from the team.

Meet Kieren 👷‍♂️💪

A key member of the Surrey Property Network, Kieren’s all about anything property and construction. Whether it’s on-site or behind the scenes, he’s always looking to learn, improve, and push things forward.

When he’s not working, you’ll probably find him outdoors biking, running, paddle boarding or camping 🏕️ (basically anything that keeps him moving).

Fun fact: Kieren is currently undertaking his Professional Accredited Review to become a Chartered Project Manager with the CIOB 👏 Big things ahead!

And this week… things have taken a competitive turn 😅
There’s an ongoing gym battle between Kieren and fellow SPN member Tobey… a blossoming bromance or full-on rivalry? You decide.
