ELECTRICIANS WANTED

Our work covers the full gambit of small and large scale domestic and commercial works and fire alarm servicing, repairs and installations. Along with our sister company we also install data, tv and cctv networks. We are looking for an apprentice served, qualified and ambitious Electrician to join our team, who must be able to work well independently and with our expanding team. The working times will be Monday to Friday with flexible working times but generally 8am to 5pm with optional weekend work.

* Clean driving licence required

* 18th edition preferred but will consider 17th

* Van with power tools supplied if necessary

* Flexible start times

Our work covers the full range of small and large scale domestic and commercial works and fire alarm servicing, repairs and installations and we are looking for a qualified and ambitious Electrician who would like to also take on the role of Qualified Supervisor.

The role will be half office based and half on the road covering a wide scope of electrical testing, quoting and repairs along with a small amount of new installations.

The successful candidate will carry out Electrical inspections, testing and installations along with repairs. Their main role will also include organising schedules of works, quoting, billing and planning of future work.

Salary is dependant on experience.

At least 10 years’ experience as an electrician or equivalent.
Prior experience as a qualified supervisor preferred but not essential.
C&G 2367 or 2357 (Electrical Installation) and NVQ level 3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent.
C&G 2394/2395 Or C&G 2391.
A certificate in BS7671 - The Requirements for Electrical Installations, 18th Edition
Completion of a recognised apprenticeship.
Knowledge of risk and compliance with demonstrable planning and project management skills.
