Flatroof job completed on a lovely bank holiday!
•Moss cleared
•Flatroof deck prepped for a nice topcoat finish to give it a longer lifespan.

Before& After:
•Insufficient lead flashing installed on stone chimney now rectified and watertight.

Before n After:
•Few leaks caused by cracked fibreglass have now been patch repaired.
•Flu pipe also repaired and appropriatly capped.
•Flatroof sanded and prepped to be re fibreglassed to give the roof life a longer duration.

Before&After:
•Outlet wasnt draining as was sitting higher than the flatroof and had a small opening; in addition the flatroof was somehow built atop of an old existing flatroof but not causing problems anywhere else. Ive created a bigger opening and lowered the height of the outlet giving it a run to make it effective and watertight.
•GRP patch repairs where needed and topcoated to give the roof a longer life.
•Chimney flashing installed and chimney resealed with mortar as well as Stormdry waterproofing application.

Pest Control ⚠️🐦🐦‍⬛
•Nests cleared from under solar panels✅️
•Access points in original bird spikes closed off✅️
•Droppings that clogged the gutter and downpipe cleared ✅️
•Gutter redone to stop overflow issue✅️
