• Perimeter expansion foam to the internal walls

• Underfloor heating pipes
• Cemfloor C20 cement-based liquid screed

Another floor prepped and ready for the underfloor heating install at Silverlake 👌

DPM down, 150mm PIR insulation fitted, with 50mm PIR insulation upstands to the external walls. Perimeter expansion foam installed, followed by a slip membrane.

All set for the next stage! 🔥
