The customer reported a leaking downpipe that was causing overflow at the hopper, resulting in damage to the external brickwork and internal plaster walls. We removed the defective downpipe, wire-brushed the affected wall area, and applied a biocide treatment to prevent further contamination. A new hopper and downpipe were then installed, restoring proper drainage. The customer was extremely pleased with the quality of the work and the finished result.

Attended site to repair loose lead flashing that had previously been fixed but continued to fail. Removed the old fixings and secured the lead using galvanised clips for a stronger, longer-lasting hold. The chase was then sealed with high-quality lead sealant to provide a watertight finish. Repair completed successfully with the flashing now securely fixed in place.

Attended site to investigate a leak originating from the felt upstands. Following inspection, a cost-effective repair solution was agreed with the customer.
The existing felt upstands were carefully removed, and a new chase was opened out and prepared. All old felt and debris were cleaned away to ensure a sound surface for the new installation. A new high-performance felt upstand was then installed, with fresh cement applied to securely seal the chase and provide a watertight finish.
All work was completed to a high standard, and the leak has now been successfully resolved. Customer was pleased with the outcome and the roof is performing as intended.
