Underfloor heating for upstairs in the loft area to maximise space and comfort for all of the upstairs area. All tested before self leveling for any damage or defects in the pipe for covering over the pipes 🎁

Emergency call out job, plumber up and left with full payment and left his tenants without any way to use basin or bath or sinks in the rooms. New wastes was ran and reconnected as they was leaking from previous plumber that left. Basin put back on with work top and siliconed with new trap as it was leaking.

Toilet taken out as pan connector was leaking and leaking from flush pipe. All of the unit was removed and made new unit with better access for future maintenance with top being removable and the front above toilet. Everything was cleaned and in moisture resistant mdf and painted in white gloss.
