Sheet aluminium supplier needed

We’re looking for someone who can supply, fold and powder coat aluminium fascia panels for our Whitchurch project.

Required:
• Powder coated aluminium fascia
• Sections approx 550–600mm high
• Folded to our design/detail
• Supply and fabrication required

Ideally Cardiff / South Wales based.

If anyone can help or knows a good sheet metal company, please tag them or share.

🏡 Whitchurch Project – Final Finishes Stage

As our Whitchurch project moves into the final finishing stages, we’re looking for a sheet metal / aluminium fabricator who can help us at Activate Construction Ltd.

We’re looking to have bespoke aluminium fascias formed and powder coated for the project.

📏 Fascia sizes:
• Standard sections around 225mm
• Larger sections around 550–600mm
• Folded aluminium profiles required
• Powder coated finish

Ideally looking for someone local to Cardiff / South Wales who can supply, form and finish.

Our Bridgend refurb is coming on nicely.

Full refurbishment including:
• Full rewire
• New bathrooms
• New kitchen and utility room
• Floors screeded throughout ready for LVT tiles
• New external doors
• Garden excavation underway with 150m² of porcelain slabs to be installed

Big push this weekend to get the customer back into their home before we complete the external works.

4 roofing projects within distance going on today with activateconstruction ltd. One slate roof coming on nicely with velux window installed. Another dormer across the road. Down the street whole up and over new pitched roof with 70m 2 of new epdm flat roof to the rear. Up and over tiled roof finished in one day with big thanks to the guys for pushing these projects. Quality workmanship as always from the teams. Thanks guys i couldnt ask for any more. Thank you

First fix electrics are nearing completion with first fix plumbing now wrapped up. Ceilings are being suspended on metalwork, external rendering is progressing well, and the leadwork around the chimney and roof is almost complete.

A lot of different trades pushing together on this one now — big effort to get it over the line.

Sand and cement traditional render finishing up on our full refurbishment project in Aberdare.

This one has been taken right back and rebuilt properly — a derelict property transformed through a complete overhaul.

Works include:

▪️ Dormer loft conversion

▪️ New windows & doors
▪️ External upgrades with a traditional sand and cement render finish

Nice transformation on one of our Aberaman projects.

We’ve created a huge new living space with a full rear dormer extension, new dormer roof and skylight bringing in plenty of natural light.

Next stage: master bedroom and bathroom fit-out.
