Another dormer loft conversion coming to completion in Aberdare 🏡🔨

This property was completely derelict and falling apart, but Activate has given it a whole new lease of life with a full overhaul, major structural alterations, a dormer loft conversion, and a full refurbishment throughout.

The team have been working hard today hacking off ready for the renderers to follow tomorrow. Internally, the final cleans are underway, with carpets and flooring being fitted tomorrow across all 3 floors.

Making progress on our large whitchurch project. Project consists of basically a new house although refurbing whats there back to a few walls. 2 extensions dormer loft conversion with new garage and garden room with a gym and hottub area. Big push this weekend after prepping this week.

Good progress on a saturday. 2 extension roofs built, 7 concrete pads concreted ready for steel columns with 5 tonne of timber moved into place ready for the main roof structure.
