This is why you should get your boiler checked & serviced. Obviously heat exchanger leaking causing carbon monoxide, also on top of that boiler leaking on to gas meter what was leaking. After fire service had been called. Customer rang & unfortunately boiler could be fixed so ended up new boiler & gas meter. Regular boiler service probably would have prevented this. Thank god everyone is alive and safe.

After this evening’s government announcement, unfortunately we are unable to operate as normal.
