Pair of Semi detached houses, each have three bedrooms, ground floor kitchen diner linking to the sunlit garden at the rear, and first floor living room at the front overlooking the sea (and earth bank sea wall), linked with an open stair. As these are in an area identified as being at risk of flooding, they are raised up out of harms way, which also helps with the long views.

Great to see another design finished.
Detached house in Sheppy, which is an upside down one with an entirely open first floor with vaulted ceilings throughout. Three bedrooms on the ground floor. External spiral stair linking the living room to the garden at the rear.

It seems a pity that the impressive steel framing by Messrs Steel Homes Ltd. will soon be hidden by the roof finish, as this former church rises from its ashes to make 16 flats in the centre of Dover.
