“Great service once again…”

This is a client we’ve worked with since 2011.

A large, well-kept garden on the edge of ancient woodland — carrying out reductions and ongoing work to keep everything under control while still fitting the setting.

Always good to be asked back.

“Works carefully completed in our village cemetery.”

This was a failed tree over a number of headstones in Bredgar.

We rearranged our diary to attend as soon as possible and make the area safe.

We’ve worked with the parish council on a number of occasions, so they trusted us to deal with it quickly and carefully.

Fresh growth on this Norway spruce really showed up after today’s rain storms. Soon it’ll harden off and change to the more recognisable darker green. This tree seems pretty happy in its position. Lovely to see though.

Emergency call out recently for the Diocese of Lambeth after a large willow limb failed over a public area.

Situations like this need a calm and measured response — making the site safe, assessing the remaining structure and carrying out the work without causing further risk.

Large willow limbs can fail unexpectedly, particularly during periods of heavy growth and increased end weight.

We attended promptly, secured the area and completed the works safely and efficiently.

Sometimes there’s just no option.

This holly in Canterbury was causing damage to a listed wall as well as underground infrastructure in a conservation area.

We handled the process from start to finish — LPA notice submitted, the tree visited twice prior to removal to check for nesting bird activity, and neighbours liaised with for access and parking.

Job completed smoothly and without any hassle.

If you’ve got something similar, happy to take a look.

Working at The Precincts in the grounds of Canterbury Cathedral on some conservation area pruning to a mature Mulberry causing damage to a historic wall. What a beautiful place to be, surrounded by amazing architecture and some incredible trees. Quite possibly the largest Magnolia Max and I have ever seen - easily 15m tall and GIRTHY at the base. Go and take a look next time you’re in Canterbury.

“Really understood their trees.”

Nice feedback from a job in Faversham.

Every garden’s different — different species, different layouts, different expectations.

Taking the time to understand that properly is what makes the end result look right.

This sweet chestnut had become a little too close for comfort over the house.

Aside from the obvious overhang, the canopy was contributing to blocked guttering and increasing the chances of squirrels accessing the roof space — something we’re seeing more and more on heavily overhung properties.

As the tree was protected, we handled the TPO application before carrying out a careful reduction to improve clearance while still retaining the tree sympathetically.

We’ve been looking after the trees at this Whitstable property for over 10 years now.

That kind of relationship comes from doing the basics properly — turning up, giving straightforward advice, and leaving everything tidy every time.

It’s the same approach we take on all our jobs, big or small.

Doing the basics properly and sticking to it.

Really appreciate the continued trust.

Always happy to talk through similar situations.

A recent project at the Junior School involved the removal of a heavily decayed poplar pollard close to school buildings and the Pre-Prep playground, alongside storm damage works and the removal of a large dead main stem from a mature willow pollard near the playing field.

With the site located within a Conservation Area, all required notice submissions were managed before works began.

Works were scheduled during the school term break and completed using a MEWP to ensure safe access and full compliance with Working at Height Regulations.
