Castle door recently made & fitted.

Made from solid Sapelle at 60mm thick. Custom made beaded lining boards to outside & fielded panels to inside. All to match the original door.

Extremely heavy but solid door.

A before & after of a hallway & stair.
Removed all the ranch style ballastrading & replaced with oak & glass.
Really brightened up the area & gives a modern look.

A recent clock made on the CNC as a donation for a charity raffle.
The smaller clock is 300mm diameter & made from Canadian hard rock Maple & coated with 2 coats of Osmo UV oil.
The larger clock in Tulip wood didn’t turn out as planned so I rejected it & then made the Maple one.

Built in cabinets & wardrobe in upstairs eaves space. Everything made from mfc oak boards with abs edging. All lighting is 24v flush led lightstrips that are controlled & dimmed by remote control.
The drawers are on high quality Grass full extension, soft close runners.

Shelves crammed with tins, jars etc & no idea what’s at the back.
So much easier with pull out drawers. Made from pre finished mfc so wipe clean & never need to paint or varnish. Fitted to full extension, soft close runners.
Everything is now visible & accessible. Easy to retrofit to existing cupboards.

Custom made clocks made from your choice of timber, engraving & size. Example shown in white oak & 400mm diameter.
These clocks are not made from off cuts but 1 long length of wood to ensure exact colour & grain pattern when joined together.

Doors are on soft close runners & all drawers are full extension & soft close.
Built in lighting is on motion sensors so light up as soon as the door opens & switches off when the door closes.
