Final few hours for me and the team at Specialist Commercial Joinery and I would like to extend a massive thank you to all our clients, suppliers and staff for managing so well in such a difficult year!

I'm lucky enough to be spending the next few days with my beautiful partner and my two girls - who I think you'll agree are gorgeous! (Maybe I'm Biased!)

Anyway, stay save, stay positive and I look forward to seeing (hopefully) a load of you in the new year!

Estimator – Full Time Position

We are looking for a candidate to fulfil the vacancy of Joinery Estimator.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for tendering contract packages for projects valued up to £500k.

This role would be ideally suited to any Estimator with an understanding of bespoke commercial joinery with the desire and ambition to take their career further.

To be successful you will need to have the following experience & skills

• A minimum of 4 years joinery experience
• 2 years’ experience as a joinery estimator
• Be computer literate and able to use MS Word and Excel to a good standard
• Able to work on own initiative
• Ability to produce accurate work and communicate it clearly
• Be confident in meeting with clients
• Completion of site surveys when necessary
