Call out to a customer this evening with no heating or hot water after a power cut. Upon visit we found the programmer to have no display to it and it being completely dead. Luckily we carry this as van stock, so got it changed there and then for the customer to give them heating and hot water again in no time.

Customer called regarding a leaking radiator in the lounge.
Upon inspection the radiator had corroded through the bottom inlet and was in need of a replacement.
Gave the customer some radiator options and ordered that day.
New one installed and no more leaking rad all within the same week.
