Minimum requirements:
✅ CS38
✅ Driving licence
✅ Punctuality & solid work ethic

We haven’t been on Facebook for the 18 months, but don’t think we haven’t been working, we have not stopped!! ⏰

This time last year we had no tools, no chippers, no yard, no office, mass staff lay offs and termination of working contracts we could not fulfil, while we rewinded 10 years and started from scratch.

Today we are back and we are bigger and better than ever. We have rebuilt, we are eco friendly, we employ 54 people, we have contracts in place with Havering, Epping, Newham, Waltham Forest and Redbridge councils, we maintain 51 schools across Essex and London, we are maintaining 200 churches across London and Hertfordshire including Westminster Abbey ⛪️ from grass cutting to hedge pruning to tree planting and watering and of course all tree works.

Tough times never last but tough people do.

These positions have now been filled. However we are now looking for another person for full time grass cutting position and another two people for full time grounds maintenance work including grass cutting, shrub pruning, epicormic lifting etc etc.

No experience necessary, must be reliable and have a good days graft in you. 630-330 from either Billericay or Barkingside depots. All PPE and uniform will be provided. 1 months trial, if all goes well full time contract will be awarded including 29 days paid holiday, pension pay etc etc.

🚨 We are looking for some young lads to join our grass cutting gangs 🚨

Duties include back up work for the mower, strimming and leaf blowing. Works are contracted to various London Borough Councils until 2026 for grass cutting operations on the highways and parks. We also maintain multiple schools across Essex, Hertfordshire and London as well as Diocese of London Churches.

630 - 1530 Monday - Friday at our Barkingside Depot. Saturday’s, Sundays and weekday overtime are available if wanted. Must drive, be reliable and on time every day.

1st months trial on a self employed basis, and if all works out ok, a full time employment with base salary of £26,000, 29 days paid holiday, pension etc etc.
