Nylon PVC Cover Tailor - Full Training given
We are a leading manufacturer of automatic Swimming Pool Safety Covers with an excellent reputation of over 30 years.
We are currently looking for someone to work in our workshop based in Wickford, Essex. The successful candidate will be learning how to fabricate swimming pool from PVC Nylon material through the processes of cutting, sewing and welding the Nylon PVC.
Some lifting is required of the rolls of material.
We are able to provide training on all equipment including the industrial sewing machine, HF and hot air welding (used for PVC material, not metal work).
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with great attitude to learning, methodical nature and takes pride in accuracy to learn new skills and begin a new career.
We also very much welcome anyone with experience in a similar setting ie banner/curtain side fabricators. The salary would be reviewed for anyone with transferable skills.
We may also require someone to go to our customers homes to assist our engineers to fit the cover onto their pool giving an insight into the whole process.
Full time role but some flexibility with hours may be considered.
