We’ve recently completed this garden project in Leigh on sea. The garden room had rotten timber due to osb and rendering down to the floor allowing water to soak up the wood. We removed all of the rotten timber, replaced with waterproof boarding leaving a gap along the floor so ensure no problems in the future before completely re rendering. We also removed all existing rendered patio walls due to cracking and water ingress. We tanked all retaining areas and a rendered using an adhesive base coat and colour matched silicone render to match the house.

A lot of work and details but the results speak for themselves.

Check out this project we recently completed in Brentwood. This one was a big job, but being the third property we’ve worked on along this road, the customers knew we were up to the task. 💪

We removed layers of old filler and loose paint, replaced rotten timbers, and installed new lead work on the porch and chimney before carrying out a full re-render of the property.

As the photos show, the effort was well worth it – bringing this property back to its stunning condition. ✨

We also redecorated all timber work including the porch, fascias, soffits, guttering, and plinth to complete the transformation.

How fantastic does this job in Leigh on sea look. Between fighting the rain and 3 layers of old render to remove this job became a challenging project.

All of the old render removed, coping stones on the conservatory replaced, all woodwork and plinth decorated. We go the extra mile with all of our projects and the finish shows.

☀️ It was nice to get some sunny weather on our side this week that meant we could get our Project in Billericay all wrapped up.

We originally did the dormer 4-5 years ago, now the customer wanted the top half of the house rendered. We insulated the front section to help give the bedroom extra warmth. Finished in Baumits 0447 silicone top coat.

We’ve just finished transforming this property with a 90mm EPS insulation system, helping to keep the warmth in and energy bills down this winter.

Our Chelmsford Ewi job all finished for The Belvia Construction Company. This was part of a complete extension and refurbishment project by them and we’re happy to put our finishing touches on the property. How great does it look. We’re always looking to build good relationships with builders.
