Hi everyone,
I wanted to share some news — I’ve decided to close my gas engineering and plumbing business as I take on a new opportunity.

It’s been an incredible journey, and I’m so grateful to everyone who supported me over the years — from loyal customers to friends and family who cheered me on. Your trust has meant everything.

While this chapter is coming to a close, I’m excited about what’s ahead and thankful for all the experiences and connections made along the way.

1st boiler installation of 2025.
40 year old system boiler converted to a Worcester 4000 combi (8 year warranty)

I've had multiple calls this morning, and a frozen condensate may be the issue.

Try the following..

1. Find the blockage
Locate the white or black plastic pipe that runs from the boiler to an outside drainage system or soakaway.
2. Thaw the pipe
Pour warm water over the pipe from a watering can or pitcher until the ice melts or the pipe drains. You can also place a hot water bottle or microwaveable heating pack against the pipe. Do not use boiling water, as it can damage the pipe.
3. Restart the boiler
Check your boiler manual for instructions on how to reset it. Once the ice is melted, the boiler should return to normal
