Another job completed.

All timber works, flat roof felting, facias, soffits, guttering, pitched roof tiling and flat roof lanterns done by our team at ABA Roofing.

Another job completed February - March this year, as you can see we had the luxury of the roof being fully tented over to help fend off the weather.

This job was installed following building regulations and manufacturing specifications, there for it comes with a 25year manufacturing guarentee. With a 140mm insulation I’m sure it will be a little toasty inside compared the the previous roof covering.

Local job completed in January this year.

The roof consisted of a full strip off to the concrete deck, concrete primed and VCL layer of felt added, then a 120mm of PIR insulation followed by a intermediate layer of Self Adhesive felt and a final layer of Grey mineral torch on felt.

All in accordance with building regulations and manufacturing specifications.

The job has been passed by the manufacturer and a 20year guarantee will now be issued.
