It was a great start to the week yesterday when this finally landed . This case landed on my desk two weeks ago, and I managed to secure a decision in principle the very same day, even though another broker had been working on it for several weeks without success. It wasn’t straightforward—there were multiple challenges to navigate, including finding a lender that would take 5 x customers annual salary , a new job starting in three months with a pay rise, and some credit issues that will be resolved upon completion. It felt like a bit of a roller coaster at times, but I’m really pleased we’ve now got it all agreed and sorted. 👍

This client fell in love with the quirkiness of this outdated home and saw the potential of making it their forever home. As a family that has a passion for winter holidays, it only seemed apt to take on board some of the influences of ski chalets! Amazing views to the front of this property which makes this all the more special.
