Another week and another birthday 🎂

We would like to wish a special Happy Birthday to our apprentice and youngest member of our team, Dylan, who turns the big 18 today.
Dylan has been a great addition to our family firm and has fit right in. He is currently serving his apprenticeship at Wigan and Leigh technology college and is excelling in his joinery course. He is very polite and well mannered and is a credit to us when working in customers homes.

Dylan is a massive football fan especially when it comes to his beloved Liverpool, so if he’s ever working in your home just agree with him when he goes on that Liverpool are the best team in the world, otherwise you might be in for a long day

As a family run business, occasionally a family event will force us to close the showroom. Therefore tomorrow and Saturday the showroom will be closed because it’s my son’s (fellow Director of the company Chad) stag do. However we will be back open as normal on Monday (complete with bad heads). 🍻🍻

We’ve had that many staff birthdays these last couple of weeks ive completely forgotten our own birthday this week 🎂.
On the 22 May 2002 our company was founded by myself (That’s me in one of the photos from 20 years ago).

The little joinery business I founded has grown over the years and these days I’m assisted by my wife (Jan) and son (Chad) who are both directors of the company. Back then I rented our machines from a colleague but today we have our own machinery in our own workshop and backed up with our own separate showroom. Whilst we have grown we are still a family run company.

We are helped out by our merry band of Fitters, Joiners and even a French polisher, and we couldn’t manage without them. They are the best in the business.

Thank you to the thousands of customers and suppliers who have worked with us over the years.
I’ve enjoyed the last 20 years and I’m looking forward to the next 20 years.
