Today we’re celebrating the importance of reading and learning — both on and off site.

From site drawings and safety guidance at work to bedtime stories at home, books play a big part in shaping knowledge and imagination.

There’s nothing better than taking the time to read with our children and encourage a love of books from an early age.

A fantastic result at the Vinci Supply Chain Event 2026!

Inglenorth Contracting were proud to attend this year’s event celebrating the strength and success of the supply chain.

We are especially delighted that Mick Bamber was named Supervisor of the Year — a truly well-deserved award recognising his hard work, leadership and commitment on site.

To also be Highly Commended for Health, Safety & Wellbeing as a company makes the day even more special. Safety and wellbeing are at the heart of everything we do, and it’s great to see that recognised.

Today we say goodbye to Tracy as she leaves Inglenorth to begin a new chapter.
We would like to thank her for her hard work, commitment and the positive energy she has brought to the team. She has been a valued part of our business, and her contribution has truly been appreciated by both colleagues and clients alike.
While we are sad to see her go, we wish her every success and happiness in her next adventure. We know she will do brilliantly.

On this , we’re looking back at the demolition of a farmhouse in Cumbria.

The job included a full strip-out, demolition of the structure, removal of the septic tank, slab, and foundations, followed by site clearance and grading.

This project highlighted our ability to deliver safe, efficient rural demolitions to industry standards.

Following a recent fire at a local nightclub on Kings Street, Inglenorth has been called in to make the building safe.

Our team is currently securing the structure, including removing dangerous loose roof slates, to protect both the public and nearby properties.

Inglenorth provides emergency demolition support whenever it’s needed.
