We recently completed a job on behalf of AMT Services Group Ltd for a reactive call out.

We received the call and had an engineer on site within the hour to a busy restaurant located at the Trafford Centre.

One of the Urinals was found to be blocked, so we used a flexshaft milling machine to descale the 50mm pipework, we then removed the pipework located below the urinal and cleaned/descaled it.

once all the pipework was reconnected we carried out a flow test to ensure the urinal was flowing freely again.

Like all jobs completed by the team the area was cleaned down on completion, ready to reopen for the customers.

What is a CIPP (cured in place pipe) installation?

CIPP's is a way of rectifying drainage issues internally, we do this by inserting a fiberglass sheet into the drainage system which is then cured by resin. Using an inflatable packer we can cure the sheet tight to the internal drainage walls.

This is essentially a no dig method of rectifying drainage issue. Cost efficient, less invasive, doesn't affect trade and can be completed in a fraction of the time.

domestic call out this morning, received the call and was on site within 30 minutes to complete.

For us cleaning up once the job is complete is just as important as the unblock. We ensure we leave the customer with a cleaner area than before arriving. It's the little things that mean the most to our customers.

Unfortunately this customer only moved into the property in November and has inherited existing drainage issue which was causing sewerage to rise from below the flags.

A CCTV investigation indicated several defects in the system from displaced joint to large fractures along a run of 6m

We our booked in to return next week to complete drain relining.

It may be bank holiday but Fast Drainage NW LImited work around the clock to get customer drains flowing again.

Today we returned to a domestic property in wigan to carry out concrete cutting and grout removal after building contractors accidentally dropped waste down the drain during a build of an extension.

OTT investments Limited contacted us today regarding bad smells and a toilet gurgling. One of our engineers carried out a full investigation of both lines serving the upstairs and downstairs WC's one was found to be full of scale the other had concrete in the line.

Using a specialist 360⁰ high-pressure water jetting tool he was able to remove the concrete from the drain and restore full flow. Well done Harry 👏

Another CCTV survey carried out today at a domestic property in Wigan. This customer called after finding damp inside the property local to the external SVP.

The survey indicated a large break in restbend of the clay pipe which has been allowing water to soak to ground and get under the foundations of the house. We are now booked in to return and replace with new uPVC

Fast Drainage NW Limited received an emergency call-out this morning to reports of a blocked manhole on a residential property based in Wigan.

High-pressure water jetting was used to clear the blockage which allowed us to carry out a CCTV drain inspection. The inspection indicated cement and grout to be built up within the system after recent ground works had been carried out on the property.
