Elnur overall have been extremely helpful especially when putting together a user-friendly guide for our residents to use after their new heaters are installed. Their onsite staff also make themselves available for consultation meetings, coffee mornings, site visits and phone calls for our residents making them feel supported and listened to throughout. This approach is now the ‘blueprint’ of how we approach these types of projects every time.
