New extension underway. Double storey with a single storey off the back. Took some graft get to this stage. Limited access. Everything dug by hand and barrowed into skips. This one is going to be a beauty

New extension started in Abram this week. Foundations dug out ready for concrete tomo. No real access for a digger with the difference in ground levels so it’s been a hand dig with breaking out tons of concrete along the way. Drains wrapped in 2ft of concrete exposed with no damage. Fighting against the weather we’ve got to this stage in 3 and a half days. Even had a little helper on his school holidays 🔨 MKM

New open plan kitchen / diner knocked through and steels fitted in the day.
Padstones going in tomo and a couple new doorways to be knocked through then we move on to the next job 👊

Check out this stunning bungalow transformation we completed a while back in Ashton. Fully refurbished inside. kitchen extension put on the side gaining an additional bedroom. This had the works. Walls knocked through, walls blocked up, re wired, fully plastered throughout, oak doors fitted throughout, new skirts an arcs.
Roof stripped, breathable membrane and covered in a Marley Ludlow and a dry ridge system.
All windows/doors and plastics sprayed anthracite grey and finished with a stunning render choice.

Not posted for a while. Been relentlessly busy. On with this big project now. Roof and dormers to be framed out 1st job. Black shiplap cladded dormers and grp flat roof and a Flat tile on pitch.
Then onto the inside forming rooms and 1st fix electrics and plumbing before it’s boarded and skimmed out. Black flush sash windows to be installed and finished externally with K rend.

Gable end rebuild completed today in bickershaw. Pictures dont really show you how bad the brickwork had been pulled in. Worse gable end we have come across. Turned out lovely ready for the pointers next week

Barn conversion we worked on last year. Got to be up there with the best transformation we've been involved with.

The finish is out of this world.

Had the absolute works done to it.

▪️complete roof strip and brand new vaulted truss roof put on recycling slates
▪️internal wall removed which was load bearing for old roof
▪️new concrete floors put in to meet regs
▪️steels installed on padstones and strapped
▪️150mm foilboard insulation put inbetween trusses
▪️internal walls studded out and insulated
▪️electrics and plumbing put in
▪️fully plasterboarded and skimmed out
▪️3mtr bi folds installed with integrated blinds
▪️black upvc facias and gutters fitted
▪️front rendered
▪️finished floor laid with 9 inch deep skirting boards
