⭐ Low level extension completed for one of our builders ⭐

⭐ Full Re Roof completed to a detached property ⭐

A street we’ve now done 5 roofs on up to date as we are highly recommended in that area just as elsewhere.

Roof was fully stripped back, all new breathable felt and 2x1 battens fitted

All new concrete tiles fitted to match the existing

Dry fix ridge system and valleys used to ensure the roof is now maintenance free.

Yet Another happy client on that street!

⭐ Full strip and re tile completed ,
This was well in need with all the felt corroded and old tiles starting to fail.

New breathable felt and 2x1 battens, all new tiles for the correct pitch.

Roof fully maintenance free

Small bay but with all the details, an amazing finish with mitred hip detail.

⭐ Flat roof works ⭐

Both dormer roofs stripped back, insulation boards then fitted as there was never any before hand, so this would make a huge difference keeping that warmth in the property.

All boarded with 3/4inch osb boards then layered using 2 layer iko felting system.

All works guaranteed and another client happy and warm! 😬🥰

Job Completed with J D KENT LTD full re roof of all main roof and repairs to low levels.

All Welsh slates used to keep that character of the property!

Looking forward to seeing the end result of this project with John 🤩👌

⭐ Low level completed ⭐

Roof was fitted with a Spanish slate on a low pitch, so low pitch roof tile was required.

All stripped back, new insulation in vaulted areas.
New breathable felt and 2x1 battens
Cambrian slates fitted to accompany the low pitch
All roof finished in oak fascia to match existing main roof we did a few years ago.

Client made up with the finished result. 😬🔨 🤩

Flat roof was stripped back and found to have completely no insulation!
So Insulation fitted then new boards for to form a new deck.
2 layer felting system fitted using iko goldseal felting.

Little mission completed ✅ ⭐

Warm roof build up flat roof completed for a client, all timbers installed from wall plate with one of our joiners,
Ste meighan built up a deck which involved using 150mm insulation to meet the spec required. 🔨

‘Warm roof’ build up using a Rubber Armourplan which is all hot air welded upon any joints and up stands, top shelf rubber for a flat roof leaving a quality neat finish. 🤩

New lead works installed around the dormer.
