Wooden lintel rotted due to water running behind gutter from slate
Existing wooden lintel and brickwork removed
New lintel installed

New flat fascia board to finish
Eaves trays installed

Rear extension shell built, existing extension wall removed to make one room.
Roof trusses up this week ready for the full bungalow re roof.
Steels to be installed next to make back of house one open plan space.

Rear part extension up to scaffold height.
Up to wall plate height next then we will remove existing rear roof and get the trusses on.

Rear Extension and alterations started,
Old retaining wall removed and started to rebuild.

Back room will be opened up with Steels to create one big living space.

Re roof to follow in existing bungalow to tie in with extension.

House refurb we’ve recently been working on.
Exterior walls upgraded and ceilings lowered.
We’ll be fully insulating ceiling and walls after first fix electrics and plumbing is finished next week.

We’ve removed 1 timber floor that had rotted, stoned up, insulated and concreted

Double Extension and re roof we recently completed
Customers had kitchen fitted and started the decorating.
Kitchen doubled in size from existing

We’ve added 1 extra bathroom , en suite and 2 bedrooms, 1 being used as music studio.
Full new oak doors fitted throughout.
Fireplace removed installing Steel RSJ
Bay window flat roof coverted to pitched.

Next part of the job will be existing windows changed and old part of house renovated.

Front porch makeover.
Fascias soffits and gutters fitted
Timber cladding removed, osb board installed and finished with composite slatted cladding.
Composite door and windows fitted on earlier date.

Small internal alteration squaring off an archway and installing 2 internal oak doors. Matching the architraves and skirtings to existing.
