Roof complete and glass lanterns installed on the garage roof replacement.
First fix complete in part conversion for the en suite.

Full roof removed, flat warm roof
added and garage conversion started.
Wel be adding extra bathroom to property but still keeping garage storage.

Office Refurbishment we’ve started.
Existing wall removed
New wall built with sound insulation installed
Studded desk dividers built
Windows and doors studded and plasterboarded
All to be plaster finished

Extension and back room of bungalow fully plaster skimmed.
Floor laid this week then internal doors installed for completion.
This will make one big kitchen/diner.

Garage conversion window and door removed
Cavity lintel installed
Brickwork/blockwork cut out and removed
Anthracite French doors and side panels installed
Fully plaster finished

Bifold doors with integral blinds installed in rear extension
Render completed by amberend_ on extension, side of house and garden wall
Internal floor fully removed and ply fitted
Walk in wardrobe with pocket door erected
First fix complete
Plastering this week then completion.

Steels installed and knock-through completed to make one open plan room.
Full re roof on property by roofing.cm

Bifolds and the render next.

First fix ongoing.

New longer catnic lintel installed
Brickwork laid above
Black korniche 3 door aluminium sliding doors installed
Plaster finished

Wooden lintel rotted due to water running behind gutter from slate
Existing wooden lintel and brickwork removed
New lintel installed
Brickwork installed
New flat fascia board to finish
Eaves trays installed
Existing gutter re installed

25/04/2026

Rear extension shell built, existing extension wall removed to make one room.
Roof trusses up this week ready for the full bungalow re roof.
Steels to be installed next to make back of house one open plan space.
