Just a small roof to construct!! 17m x 5m garage to side of house being made into a large home bar and separate storage area. Bi fold window to be fitted, skylight and bespoke bar to build. Can’t wait to see the finished result 👍

Our latest garage conversion coming along nicely 👍

4 days in and the insulated floors done, block work to front completed, 1st fix electrics and plumbing for new radiator completed and stud walls built.

Onto the plastering, rendering and fitting new window this week and it should be fully completed within 2 weeks.

It’s holiday time so we have just completed our 2 outstanding projects and now it’s time to down tools for 2 weeks in the sun ☀️ 👍

Project 1 - single garage conversion into office space / chill out room inc rear utility area (just have the doors left to fit on this one once they arrive)

Project 2 - Double garage conversion into 2nd living area, 2 extra bedrooms and shower room

Thanks to everyone involved for your efforts on these, and all our previous projects this year.

It’s all go again once I’m back with a conversion of a large shop into 3 apartments, 2 more garage conversions and a large extension to keep us busy 👍

Summerhouse now fully completed 👍

This one has been a challenge but the end result looks fantastic. Hope Deb and Nev have some great nights in here during the summer (and winter)
