Downstairs W/C Project – Customer Showcase

This downstairs W/C was a compact space with plenty of potential, and our customer wanted it to feel special for her guests. The brief was simple: elevate the room with bespoke features and give it a real sense of character.

We introduced a custom-built perimeter pelmet fitted with stunning feature lighting, creating a soft, luxurious glow that instantly transforms the atmosphere. Brushed bronze fixtures and fittings were chosen to complement the scheme, adding warmth and a refined contemporary edge.

A stylish Geberit flush plate enhances the clean, modern aesthetic, while the Marazzi bronze marble‑effect tiles bring depth, texture, and a touch of opulence to the space.

The result is a beautifully curated W/C that feels far better, richer, and more inviting — and a very happy customer who now has a small room with a big personality.

A full en-suite renovation for our customer, transforming the space into a modern and highly functional wet‑room environment. The project included the installation of a heated robe warmer and a bespoke makeup station tailored to the customer’s request.

Rak’s stylish tiles were thoughtfully selected to complement the overall design, paired with matt‑black fixtures for a contemporary finish. A wall‑hung toilet was installed to enhance both aesthetics and ease of cleaning.

The customer was extremely happy with the final result, noting the quality of workmanship and attention to detail throughout the project.

The desire was to create much more space while keeping a bath and a shower, so we utilised the internal airing cupboard.
We created a wet floor shower area and seat area for relaxing.

As always quality products have been used throughout this installation. Crosswater fixtures and fittings.
