That’s the final job completed for our year end. Everything completed and carried out by our very professional experienced team. We’ve had our roofer, our electrician, our decorator and our plasterer. Everything else was completed by ourselves. 🚿🛀

Notice to all customers**

The next 3 weeks we are fully booked and unfortunately cannot get anyone else in. We will be only taking on desperate emergencies only, quotes and all other work can be booked in and taken care of accordingly.

We are still taking bookings for boiler services for this year but slots are running out. So please call asap to guarantee a service before Christmas

As of January 2026 we will have 2 gas safe engineers available which should relieve some pressure on Alex. So moving forward we won’t have these issues.

If you do need us please CALL and we will do whatever we can to help you. However please bare with us during this unprecedented time

Morning Everyone

We’re getting alot of attention regarding my previous posts and the break in we had yesterday. Some confusion to clear up - The customers house was broken into which was empty, they climbed through the kitchen window with such clear evidence of mucky finger prints all over the brand new window. Then left via the back door with £4k worth of kit. I phoned the police 6/7 times yesterday aswell as going down to the station ready to kick off. Every call I made I was promised a call from the Sargent and much to my suprise they didn’t call. If this is the service we all pay for to keep us safe then I’m scared for my life incase anything serious happens. I’m so angry now I’ll be going all the way whatever it takes to get a police officer out if that means getting arrested and wasting police time with a criminal record then innocent old Alex will do just that. I’ll be writing to my local mp Neil O’Brien and making a formal complaint to Leicestershire Police this isn’t how we should be treated.

At this point I don’t care about my kit we can replace that, but I want those responsible caught or atleast a case built especially with all the recent break ins around wigston and the fairfield area.

Please may I ask ALL OF OUR FOLLOWERS to share this post so Leicestershire Police can do their job and serve us the people of wigston and Leicester this isn’t on. It happens far too often now and something needs to be done.

If any of our customers are not happy with our service I will do my upmost best to resolve any issues so it should be the same with a public service we all pay into.

Morning everyone, unfortunately it’s happened again the lovely scumbags of wigston have decided to break into one of our jobs on Gloucester crescent in wigston and steal £2000 worth of our kit. I know we won’t get the valuable stuff back but what means to me the most is my hand kit. If anyone walks their dog around this area please may you look out for a kit bag with hand tools inside as this is usually discarded by these rotten people.
