Green Roof Installation at this lovely modern property using SMART BOX (Sedum Modular Roof Trays) that clip together and cut to fit into smaller spaces to blend in with the surrounding. GARDEN TRANSFORMATION‼️✅ complete garden makeover with new 40mm luxury artificial grass laid on top of a strong sub base, sharp sand and heavy duty w**d membrane with a wooden edging. Heavy duty w**d membrane pegged on top of borders then filled in with ornamental nugget bark. 2 climbing jasmines also planted. Viburnum Tinus tree shaped and pruned with top trimmed and lower branches cut back to trunk to give the tree a better look 🌳

Bay tree pruned back to shape with lower branches cut to allow access to walk underneath and give the lollipop look. Beech hedge also trimmed with a nice line on top 🌳
