The Gorilla has been busy at the chapel conversion! 🦍🏗️

A huge amount of progress has been made over the last few weeks. The steelwork is now in place, the mezzanine floor is taking shape, stud walls are going up to create the new internal spaces, and the new roof lights are to be installed installed, flooding the building with natural light.

It's fantastic to see this stunning old chapel being transformed while keeping its original character. We can't wait to show you more as the project continues to develop.

Some serious weight to these — the largest steel being lifted into position weighs around 500kg! 💪

The steels have arrived for our latest church renovation project – and even the big Gorilla looks small next to these!

This week we're installing some huge structural steels as work continues on the new mezzanine floor. It's fantastic to see this project taking shape and we're looking forward to sharing the progress with you

Just to clarify, this is not a development project – it's being transformed into a unique family home for our client.

We're absolutely ecstatic to be starting this incredible church conversion project! 🔥

This beautiful building was originally a Welsh church, built in the early 1900s for Welsh workers who had moved to the area and wanted a place to worship and build their community. As the years passed and many of those workers returned home, the church gradually became less active.

Now, this historic building is beginning an exciting new chapter as a full residential renovation, and we're proud to be part of bringing it back to life.

Our scope of works includes: 🏗️ Mezzanine floor installation 🔩 Structural steelwork 🔥 Log burner installations ...and much more as the project progresses.

We love being involved in projects that preserve the character and history of unique buildings while giving them a new purpose. We can't wait to share the transformation with you.

CRAZY before and afters!

We believe this building was once an old outbuilding used to house workers picking vegetables on the estate. Now, it’s being brought back to life with a full renovation project underway.

Current works include:
• Full re-roof in natural slate
• Vaulted ceilings
• New windows & doors
• Indian stone patio
