Progress update: rear wraparound extension in Poole 🧱

Since our last update, there’s been plenty of progress on site, with the extension now moving into the roofing and weatherproofing stage 🏡

Following the completion of the blockwork, steels and timber wall plates, the new roof structure has been formed, including the timber roof framing and the large opening ready for the rooflight. The roof coverings are now going on, with the flat roof membrane, tiles and leadwork being installed to tie the new extension neatly into the existing property.

Inside, you can really start to see the scale of the new space taking shape, with the roof structure in place and the first-fix electrical work underway ⚡

Getting the extension enclosed and watertight is a major milestone, and from here the focus can increasingly shift towards the internal stages of the build 🔨

Plenty more to come as this project progresses towards the finished space 👀

Following on from our last update, the build is really taking shape and moving quickly on site 🏡

The blockwork walls are now up, with the steels and timber wall plates in place, tying the new structure into the existing house and setting the frame for what's to come 🧱
