Garage / annex conversion complete in Ferndown .
Knock through from the existing annex into the garage area to almost double to ground floor space .
Battened and insulated the walls .
Stud partition to divide the garage , ply the garage side .
Cut in and fit a new PVC window to match the existing .
Ply the floor to match the existing lounge floor level .
Plasterboard all walls and ceiling .
Fit the small kitchenette .
Make a cupboard to hide the electric consumer unit .
Fully plastered .
Skirting fitted throughout .

Electrics complete by PJ Witney Electrical.
( 2nd fix not done yet ).

Knock through and steel fitted by Gary Burt Building .

Plumbing completed by Dominic Jennison Plumbing . ( DJ plumb and Heat Ltd ).

Small job done this morning for a customer who asked for just a couple of simple bench seats to be made from his unwanted bed timbers so they can use them on their balcony .

Carport job complete in Corfe Mullen .
Fully stripped the existing , cut up and dispose of professionally .
Construct this new solid carport using 6by6 posts concreted into the ground and 8by2 joists with firings and 18mm ply ontop to allow the water to drain away to the hedge side .
Fix black guttering and down pipe into a water butt.
All covered down temporarily ready for PAR roofing to do the felt work ontop .

Stud off this ceiling opening to a loft room in Corfe Mullen and supply and fit an all in one drop down loft hatch / ladder .
Ply the floor in the loft room and plasterboard the underside ready to be plastered next week .
Will fit architrave around the loft hatch once it’s plastered .
Back at the same job next week to construct a new Carport .

Small job complete this morning for returning customers to construct a simple bed base frame to fit upto the wardrobe I made previously for them .
They wanted the sides left open for access space under the bed for storage .
The frame will be fully covered with a bedding valance .

Supply and fit 120mm bullnose MDF skirting in Broadstone , Poole .
Fitted throughout the Kitchen , lounge , office , hallway and toilet after they had new LVT flooring fitted .
