This stunning hall, staircase, and landing transformation was all about bringing brightness and elegance back into the space.

Years of ni****ne staining had left the ceilings, walls, and woodwork heavily yellowed and discoloured, dulling the overall appearance of the property.

With careful preparation and attention to detail, I restored the area with crisp white ceilings, smooth flawless walls, and a beautiful white satin finish across all woodwork, creating a clean, fresh, and timeless look.

Preparation is always key — every surface was thoroughly washed, filled, and sanded to ensure a high-quality, long-lasting finish.

This is what a true transformation looks like 🔥

This spacious lounge in a nearly 350-year-old farmhouse was in need of a full revamp. As with any property of this age, it came with its own character—and its fair share of imperfections.

Walls were stripped off then extensive filling and sanding process started to achieve a smooth, solid base. The walls were then lined with 2000-grade lining paper to ensure a flawless finish built to last for years to come.

The original wooden window surrounds required detailed restoration, with careful use of filler and caulk to bring them back to life. The cast iron fireplace also demanded significant attention. I have sprayed matt black finish and this definitely met the client’s expectations 🤩

This wasn’t just a standard painting project—it was about restoring and preparing this room for many more years ahead.

The original door has been intentionally left untouched, as it will undergo a chemical dipping process to reveal and restore its natural oak beauty and matched rest of doors in the house .

– Zinsser Gardz (for wall preparation after filling and sanding)
– 2000-grade lining paper
– Dulux Trade Vinyl Matt Magnolia
– Farrow & Ball Dead Flat feature wall.
– Tikkurila AR2 (white ceiling finish)
– Crown Trade PX4 primer
– Tikkurila Helmi 30 (woodwork)

A little transformation goes a long way.

My friend wanted her beauty studio to feel as refined on the outside as it is on the inside — something timeless and elegant.

After careful preparation and three coats of this rich green, the result speaks for itself.

This lounge was LONG overdue a refresh… 😳

Years of cigarette smoke left the ceiling and walls heavily stained — especially the ceiling, which had turned brown in places 🤯

After a lot of prep (and I mean a lot 😅), here’s the transformation 👇

✨ Deep clean with sugar soap
✨ Stain-blocking ceiling paint (Johnstone’s StainAway)
✨ Walls prepped and brought back to life with Dulux Diamond Matt ( Nutmeg White)
✨ Woodwork sanded, primed with Haftprimer & finished in Aqua Guard Satin brilliant white

And just like that… a fresh, clean, brand new looking space 🔥

🚫 No more yellow gloss
🚫 No more ni****ne stains
✅ Smooth, modern finish

Here we go 🔥👊🏻 ! A few days ago, I had the pleasure of transforming this utility room into something truly special ✨

This landing needed some serious work. The lining paper was practically asking to be stripped 🤣🤷‍♂️ The ceiling was sagging, and most of the edges were loose and ready to come off.

I had to strip everything back and start from scratch. There was a lot of prep involved—filling and sanding—before applying new lining paper. A long few days after and here we to 🌟

Finished in Maylands Kensington Rose to match the rest of the landing.

The customer was extremely happy to have a fresh, brand-new-looking ceiling and walls.
