Last Exterior job in 2026 done ✔️. This badly weathered Oak folding patio doors needed some attention and love ! After hours of sanding it back to bare wood this is the final product! Polyvine All-Purpose Wood Oil is just super easy to use and it’s such a great product for exterior oak !

Before and After 👌
A great example of why the preparation is just as important as the paint itself.

This beautiful traditional doors had seen better days, with years of wear, peeling paint, dents, old repairs and plenty of imperfections.

Rather than simply painting over it, the door was sanded, repaired, filled and prepared before applying the new finish.

The result? A fresh looking entrance, while keeping the character and traditional feel of the original door.

I absolutely love how the new colour works against the brickwork and white wooden porch — classic, understated and full of character.

From tired and dated to beautifully refreshed…

Another project completed in this stunning period property, and what a transformation! 🏡

The aim here was never to make the room look brand new- customer wanted to keep it as original as possible ! I would say it was about respecting the character of the house while giving it a fresh, elegant finish.

The beautiful original bay window, traditional panelling, period door, exposed timber beam and fireplace have all been carefully refreshed, bringing the room back to life without taking away any of its charm.

A lot of preparation, stripping old loose wallpaper, sanding, filling, lining new paper to smooth and protect the walls-that make all the difference. 👌

I absolutely love how this one has turned out.

I have not been posting much lately due to being busy business wise and busy in my normal day life.
I will do my best to come back to social media and keep posting good stuff 👍

I call this project - ,,House of Edward Bulmer colours” as pretty much whole place was painted with that brand except a bit of woodwork in the hall.
Ceilings, walls and woodwork
Emulsions 40%,60% , eggshells you name it !
I have to admit Edward Bulmer has such a beautiful colour palette 😍

I am not going to write the names of the paint as I don’t remember already 🫣😅

Upstairs pretty much ready for spraying 😮‍💨🔥. It was quite a few meters of the floor to be protected, a few windows and all of the tiles and units are now covered using Toad Tapes 🐸 products. I nearly run out of the precision tape 🫣and had to go get some more from nearest shop. Hopefully one day they will stock the best ToadTapes products🤞🏼 . Next week I will put some litres of paint through my sprayer and obviously will post some ot the photos of this beautiful place.
