The candidate will need to be competent with operating modern machinery, excellent attention to detail, the ability to communicate with customers, Have a passion for Farming, respect for machinery and be honest and reliable.

A range of roles are dependent on the applicants experience and knowledge of areas we specialise in. The ability to work as part of a team as well as by themselves is required.
