Arable Farm Worker – Summer Role

Location: Somerset - Sparkford
Duration: Seasonal, can lead to be full time.
Salary: Competitive rates, based on experience

Must be 21 years old for insurance purposes.

About the Role,
We are seeking a reliable and motivated arable farm operator to join our team for the summer harvest period. Who enjoys being part of a family team.

Key Responsibilities,
Assisting with harvesting operations. Grain hauling, bale hauling, topping, light cultivation work and rolling.

We are looking for, A strong work ethic and willingness to work long hours during busy periods, Basic understanding of farming practices, Experience with agricultural machinery
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
