🌿 WE’RE HIRING – HORTICULTURALIST / TEAM LEADER 🌿
Do you have a passion for plants, landscaping, and creating beautiful outdoor spaces? We’re looking for an experienced Horticulturalist to join our growing specialist landscaping team based in South/Central Hampshire.
✅ Full-time, permanent position
✅ £12.71 – £16.50 per hour (up to £30,000 depending on experience)
✅ Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm
✅ Work on high-quality domestic and large-scale landscaping projects
✅ Friendly, close-knit team with opportunities for growth
We’re looking for someone who:
🌱 Has a strong knowledge of plants, shrubs, and pruning techniques
🌱 Has experience leading small teams on garden maintenance projects
🌱 Holds PA1 & PA6 spray certificates and ideally NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Horticulture
🌱 Has experience operating commercial garden machinery
🌱 Takes pride in delivering exceptional results
🌱 Enjoys working with customers and thrives in a team environment
Essential: Full UK driving licence with 3 points or less.
