We’re delighted to share that Charlie Appleby has been nominated for a prestigious industry award 👏

Charlie has shown real commitment to building a career in the refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pump sector, with a strong interest in hands on work and the growing importance of sustainable technologies.

Throughout his training, he has continued to develop his technical knowledge while gaining valuable on-site experience, demonstrating clear ambition to progress within the industry.

Like many apprentices, balancing college learning with site work brings its challenges, but Charlie has approached this with focus, a willingness to learn, and a great attitude. Building both confidence and capability along the way.

He’s particularly proud of the progress he’s made on-site, taking on more responsibility and supporting others where he can. This is a great reflection of his work ethic.
