Selling :
2x sets of wheels! 24” front 32” inch rear £950 for Bridport foundry wheels set £800 for tithe barn wheels set

2x toilets brand new in boxes used in the huts £80 each

Oak and Douglas fir to build complete chassis up to 28ft £300

I also have a section of wood working machines

1st set is from Bridport foundry with three very heavy duty cast iorn stub axles and traditional turn table. They come painted and with my business name cast into them, this can be grinded off if you don’t want that on there!

These are my personal set of wheels for a shepherd hut I was going to build myself, proberly most expensive set of wheels on the market so at £950 get yourself a bargain!

2nd set is the cast iorn wheels and stub axles I used on all my shepherds huts, very high quality and tow very well please look at my photos of the shepherds huts to get a idea of what they look like. £800

Oak axles are air dried measuring 150x150 and rear oak axle is 230x150
Douglas fir is 5”x 4” attached are photos of a built up chassis

Selling every at very reasonable prices to get them moved out the workshop.

7 years ago I set out with a dream to build shepherd huts full time, I was in my last year of my carpentry apprenticeship and eager to build up a business!
My grandpa was my inspiration to start building these shepherds huts as years before they become popular he build a around 6 traditional ones and restored a few that he saved from being set on fire, we still have one at home in its original condition!

Sadly due to many reasons the doors were shut on the business back in the summer, it’s been a huge learning curve. But I’ve had some great customers and even had my shepherd huts featured in magazines.

Thank you to all who have supported the page since day one, it helps massively with small businesses. Onto the next chapter!

Shepherd’s Hut for Sale

A roomy 18 X 7.4ft shepherds hut fitted with semi enclosed bed area, kitchenette, seating area, stove, LPG and enclosed shower room.

Starting from the base up its sat on cast iron wheels, air dried oak axles and a through morticed Douglas Fir chassis.

The exterior is fitted with Canadian Western Red Cedar, very much a premium timber used for cladding, hardwood painted, double glazed windows and a spray-painted galvanized roof.

The internals of the hut comprise of the following:-

-Tounge and groove pine boards on both ceiling and walls

-Engineered oak floor

-Oak kitchen, with baby Belfast sink, built in fridge, LPG hob and plenty of storage

-Main area has a hobbit stove fitted and a small table with 2 benches that double up as more storage room

-Shower room is separated off with a chucky oak door

-In the shower room you’ll find the LPG boiler behind the door on the left, a traditional toilet, small basin and full-sized shower.

All timber you can see is locally sourced or from a trusted source wihin the uk.

The ironmongery is from a small company, these are all forged and even the cupboard handles are made from cast iron.

This is a quality build with quality materials and craftmanship.

The hut has been signed off for electrics and gas so is ready to be connected and put into use right away.

The Price is £29,000 plus delivery. We can arrange delivery all over the country and move into place for you.

The second hut was delivered yesterday and soon to be plumed in and ready for use, all pistons are finally going!

Making the workshop bit more into my own workspace. Added in this cast iron plaque and saw that I lightly restored back to life!

The big day! Moving this Hutchings caravan from petersfeild back to Wi******er where it was originally made in the 1912.

Will be starting the like for like restoration soon to get it back to its former glory!
