We are pleased to share the recent completion of this residential extension scheme near Farnham, located adjacent to the stunning Alice Holt ancient woodland.

With permitted development, we were able to extend and reconfigure this 131m2 house to create a 246m2 contemporary family home of exceptional finish and quality. Simple & sympathetic additions to the sides and rear, and a few clever modifications to the existing floor plan, enabled us to increase the internal floor area by 87% while maintaining the charm of this property and it’s views to the woodland & countryside setting.

Recently, we've teamed up with the fantastic Clayworks Natural Plasters to craft a stunning bespoke exterior finish that reflects the unique physical, historical, and geological traits of each site.

Through thoughtful exploration of texture and color, we’ve achieved an exceptional terracotta finish that beautifully interacts with light and shadow while honoring the site's heritage.

Great to see construction works beginning on site at our latest new-build home in a conservation area in Alresford 🏡

This project transforms a historic cycle shop in the heart of the town into a contemporary dwelling, carefully designed to respect the site’s heritage and preserve the character of the conservation area.

Key elements of the site’s history are being preserved and celebrated. The original boundary wall is being carefully retained and restored, while a new flint wall has been introduced to complement the existing fabric.

A large, workshop-style timber door has been reinterpreted as a modern feature, offering a contemporary take on the historic entrance. The new standing seam metal roof nods to the original cycle shop’s industrial past, blending old and new. The roof terrace will feature bespoke solar shading and privacy screening, crafted from perforated metal with a pattern inspired by the Alresford crest.

Thank you to our fantastic clients, and well done to Project Architect Caroline Sait, whose hard work to date has helped shape a fantastic design and a truly exciting project.

Exciting progress on a significant residential extension project in Wi******er 📍

Working closely with our clients, we’ve significantly increased the size of the property to help create a truly exceptional family home. With large windows, high ceilings, and a much-improved internal flow, the transformation is already taking shape as construction moves forward.

Planning Approved

We’re delighted to share that we’ve secured planning approval for a significant contemporary extension to a large detached period property in the South Downs National Park.

The design combines modern architectural elements with inspiration drawn from the local vernacular — featuring dark brickwork, generous glazing and elegant arched doors. Alongside this, extensive landscaping and a rigorous, landscape-led design process have resulted in a striking and thoughtfully integrated scheme that enhances both the home and its surroundings.

We’re thrilled to share the final photos of this sleek, contemporary new build nestled within the breathtaking North Wessex Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Inspired by the region’s agricultural heritage, the design takes cues from traditional barns and farmsteads, reflected in its barn-style architecture and expansive ground floor, which helps to blend seamlessly with the wider landscape.

A carefully selected mix of materials — including standing seam metal roofing, corrugated metal, timber cladding, and render — mirrors the charm of the local rural vernacular.

Set within a protected National Landscape, this home was thoughtfully designed to frame stunning views and enhance the connection between indoor and outdoor living. Sustainability was central to the project, with integrated low-profile PV panels, battery storage, and a high-performance building fabric, ensuring long-term energy efficiency.

We’ve just completed this stunning new-build modern home in the heart of the Hampshire countryside.

Our clients wanted a contemporary design that still felt at home in its rural setting. The pitched roof form helped this substantial property blend beautifully into the landscape.
Surrounded on three sides by woodland, every detail - from layout and orientation to window design and flow - was thoughtfully considered to create a seamless connection with nature and frame breathtaking views of the trees beyond.
